Hi Cate,
Really like "Highway to Insanity" once again a bit more rocky and much shorter than "Charlie" but sill think "Charlie is my favourite but in my opinion is to long?

You are a very talented girl, and I am sure your songs will sell.

Love to you both.

Tel :-)

Still working on getting them played on my local radio stations, watch this space.

hi there, well you have definitely talents, you got a long way ahead of you, i just have a suggestion about your lyrics, not every lyrics can be good for every genre of music no matter how harmonized it would be.it's not a divine that you don't have a background in music, it's a shame actually if you won't try to learn some. you can't say i have inspiration from PinkFloyd specially Roger waters and put him just beside Madonna, Michael Jackson and coldplay ... these are totally different in every aspects of their music, make your mind ... anyways, hope to see much works from you, good luck.

Hi Cate,

I'm not surprised that you have a musical talent within you. Although, we didn't come from a solid musical family background but we do have cousins who are also in the music industry.

So it does run in the veins, I guess I am the unfortunate one but lucky for you hahaha . . .

I can’t remember the last time i saw you, maybe when you were still a child. I'm totally amazed that you are now a fully grown woman. I am very proud to see what you have achieved. Keep up with your dreams and aspirations and let it take you as far as it can go and hopefully you can find your niche in the music industry.

Wishing you all the best and lots of luck.

With love and prayers,

Amabelle :-)

Hi, my darlin' daughter... I certainly knew that one day you would come back to writing. This is it! Still vivid in my mind were the years when you used to keep thick diary books full of descriptive narrations.

I would love to share with you a few of my compositions when I was teaching. "Reaching Out To You" is Zenith Institute's theme song, the lyrics and music of which, I composed in mid 90's. I had an accapela voice recording of the same, and Sri Mirage made the musical arrangement for me. I will send you an audio tape of this college theme song. "Someone Comes Along the Way" is a profound poem, yet without music. I regret having lost the copy, and over the years till now, I'm just scared that someone else might claim its originality. "Yo Te Amo" was an unfinished love song but I used to hum its melody. When I received your email about this new trend in your life, I gratefully whispered in the air, "Thanks God, my Cathy took it from me.". I've been busy with my own life since you all grew up, and I guess, I have never shared with you guys what I loved to do when I was still teaching in Dubai. My few writings when I was young had been totally lost; but I guess "it's in the veins". It's in your veins too, and I am really proud of you _ you are an exceptional person.

I would love to suggest, don't be in a hurry. There are many, many years ahead of you. Sometimes, you're too damn quick in writing and tend to misspell some words. I would love you to carry on with this dream... the reap may or may not happen too soon, but remember that pain along the way will lead to glory.
